1. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the service start date. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to charges or forfeiture of advance payments.

2. No Refund on Completed Services

Once the service has been rendered or software has been delivered and accepted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Partial Refunds

In case a service is terminated midway for valid reasons acknowledged by both parties, a partial refund may be provided based on the remaining unutilized portion of the service.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Bank charges or gateway fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.
